Two days out: the program, the rooms, and when your link arrives
tbd/con starts this Wednesday, Sept. 23, and runs through Thursday the 24th. Free, online, in our pixel-art venue on gather.town.
Here’s what to know:
Your link arrives Wednesday morning. Watch your inbox the morning of the 23rd for the venue link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it by 8:45 ET, and email us at tbdcon@gazzetta.xyz if it still isn't there. It will also get added to the shared calendar placeholder.
Take a look at the program times before you arrive: Times are out now, listed in New York (ET) and Central European time (CET). Pick a few sessions you don't want to miss, so on Wednesday you know where you'll be walking to.
Thursday is the unconference, a self-organized day where attendees pitch sessions and fill the rooms themselves. If you have something you want to talk about, now's a good time to start thinking about it. On Wednesday, you can walk to the unconference boards to pitch these ideas to fellow attendees.
Get to know the venue. Here's the map! A few things worth knowing:
- You land on the main floor, and there’s a map and lift station nearby.
- Coloured paths lead from there to the rooms.
- The Corkboard not the main floor is where the unconference gets planned.
Lost? Head to the Lighthouse on the main floor for support, or find anyone at volunteer HQ.

Wednesday starts at 9:00 ET. Come fifteen minutes early to explore or just join the sessions you're interested in.
