We are looking for a Persian-speaking researcher

• Advanced Persian language proficiency
• Skilled in qualitative interviewing and note-taking
• Able to synthesize interviews into clear, structured summaries and reports
• Experience developing interview guides and research ethics best practices
• Familiarity with basic survey methods and turning insights into themes
• Strong writing skills
• This is not a full-time role. Side project with independent work and weekly check-ins. Requires familiarity with digital security best practices.

We are looking for a technical researcher

• Proficient in Python and R for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization
• Experience designing and analyzing surveys, including sampling and questionnaire structure
• Skilled with clustering methods, especially k-means, including feature selection and preprocessing
• Able to evaluate and validate clusters using metrics such as silhouette score, inertia, Calinski–Harabasz, and Davies–Bouldin
• Comfortable producing reproducible analysis pipelines and notebooks
• Clear communicator who can translate technical results into actionable insights
• This is not a full-time role. Side project with independent work and weekly check-ins. Requires familiarity with digital security best practices.
• Preferred but not essential: Persian language proficiency
