### We are looking for a Persian-speaking researcher

- Advanced Persian language proficiency
- Skilled in qualitative interviewing and note-taking
- Able to synthesize interviews into clear, structured summaries and reports
- Experience developing interview guides and research ethics best practices
- Familiarity with basic survey methods and turning insights into themes
- Strong writing skills
- This is not a full-time role. Side project with independent work and weekly check-ins. Requires familiarity with digital security best practices.

### We are looking for a technical researcher

- Proficient in Python and R for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization
- Experience designing and analyzing surveys, including sampling and questionnaire structure
- Skilled with clustering methods, especially k-means, including feature selection and preprocessing
- Able to evaluate and validate clusters using metrics such as silhouette score, inertia, Calinski–Harabasz, and Davies–Bouldin
- Comfortable producing reproducible analysis pipelines and notebooks
- Clear communicator who can translate technical results into actionable insights
- This is not a full-time role. Side project with independent work and weekly check-ins. Requires familiarity with digital security best practices.
- Preferred but not essential: Persian language proficiency
